Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Contact them directly through your purchase history. We're happy to help if you run into issues.
My scans aren't working accurately — what should I do? expand_more
Make sure you're in good lighting and holding the camera steady. If a specific food is consistently off, send us a message with a photo and the result you received and we'll investigate.
Is SlayCal available for web? expand_more
SlayCal is currently an iOS and Android app. This website hosts our free calculators and blog. A web app is on the roadmap.
